These Terms of Use govern your use of l2tech.co (the "Site"), operated by L2 Technology Solutions LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("L2," "we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These terms apply to the public website only. Consulting, implementation, training, and other services we provide to clients are governed by a separate signed agreement, which controls if there is any conflict with these terms.

Informational purposes

Content on the Site, including guides, comparisons, newsletters, and other resources, is provided for general informational purposes. It is not legal, ethical, compliance, or professional advice, and it does not create a client relationship with L2. Law firms and legal professionals remain responsible for their own compliance with applicable rules of professional conduct and for evaluating any technology before adopting it.

Third-party products and trademarks

The Site references third-party products and services such as NetDocuments, Anthropic Claude, Microsoft, and others. Those names and marks belong to their respective owners. References are for identification only and do not imply endorsement by those companies unless expressly stated. Third-party features, pricing, and availability change frequently, and we make no guarantee that descriptions on the Site remain current.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise noted, the Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, diagrams, and downloadable guides, are owned by L2 and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, download, and print content for your own internal, non-commercial reference and may share links to it. You may not republish, sell, or redistribute content, or remove any copyright or attribution notices, without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site in any way that violates applicable law, interferes with its operation, attempts to gain unauthorized access to any system or data, or submits false, misleading, or malicious content through our forms.

Client Portal

Access to the Client Portal at portal.l2tech.co is limited to current L2 clients and their authorized users, and is subject to the terms of the applicable client agreement.

Links to other sites

The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, L2 and its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through the Site and is incorporated into these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
