L2 Technology Solutions LLC ("L2," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through l2tech.co (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Site only. Services we provide to clients under a signed agreement are governed by that agreement.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and any optional details you provide such as firm name, phone number, and message. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address and any name you provide.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider and the third-party services below may log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL. We do not run advertising trackers or sell this data.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and follow up about our services.
• To send you the newsletter you subscribed to. Every issue includes an unsubscribe link.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Service providers

We use a small number of third parties to run the Site. Each processes data only as needed to provide its service to us:

• Web3Forms delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
• MailerLite manages newsletter subscriptions and delivery.
• GitHub Pages hosts the Site.

Our Client Portal at portal.l2tech.co is available to current clients and is covered by the terms of their engagement with L2.

Cookies

The Site does not set cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. Our newsletter provider may set functional cookies to remember that you have seen or dismissed a signup form. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.

Data retention

We keep contact inquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any issue.
• Ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing [email protected].

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
